Are website technical values guaranteed?
No. They are representative values for preliminary selection. Confirm the current TDS, test method and approved specification.
What information is needed to select an LTCC grade?
Provide size, thickness, firing profile, frequency, dielectric/loss targets, shrinkage tolerance, conductor, prototype quantity and application.
Can HTK support sheets above 380 mm?
Yes, project review is available. Catalog capability is up to □500 mm for LTCC, subject to grade, thickness, usable area and production conditions.
Is a candidate material a drop-in replacement?
Not automatically. A controlled replacement evaluation is required.
Can HTK provide samples and controlled documents?
HTK can coordinate available samples and current TDS, SDS, COA or drawings according to the project and confidentiality status.
