    The approved TDS, controlled drawing, sample standard or product specification becomes the basis for quotation and production.

Technical FAQ

Common questions before sending technical data.

Are website specifications guaranteed values?

No. Website tables are for preliminary screening. Guaranteed values, tolerances, test methods and acceptance criteria must be confirmed in the current TDS, controlled drawing, approved sample or contract-specific specification.

Can HTK support LTCC green sheets larger than 380 mm?

Yes. The supplied catalog identifies a common maximum format up to 500 × 500 mm for applicable LTCC products. Actual sheet size, usable area, thickness, tolerance, grade, prototype quantity and MOQ must be reviewed for each project.

How should I choose between LTCC and HTCC?

Start with firing temperature, conductor system, dielectric performance, thermal and mechanical requirements, layer structure, operating environment and package reliability. HTK can screen the suitable family after these conditions are shared.

What is needed for a glass powder or paste recommendation?

Provide the materials to be joined or coated, target function, process temperature and atmosphere, CTE, geometry, application method, viscosity or particle-size needs, reliability test and expected quantity.

Can I send a confidential drawing through the website?

Do not submit confidential or export-controlled material through an ordinary web form. First describe the available file and request an NDA or secure transfer method. Send only information you are authorized to share.

Which file formats help a thin-film capability review?

A manufacturing drawing in DXF, DWG, PDF or equivalent format is useful together with substrate, stack-up, line and space, tolerances, electrical targets, metallization, resistor data, laser or dicing requirements and inspection criteria.
